The training program costs are $6,800 and can be financed through Midwest Financial Service (MFS) with a 3-year loan. Our program is approved for federal GI Bill funding.


A starter set of tools ranges between $6,800 and $7,900 depending on the toolbox selected. The cost can be financed through MFS. Midwest Peterbilt Group’s Tool Reimbursement Program can cover the cost of approximately $3,500 or 50% of the starter tools, whichever is less.


The program includes a 20-week paid internship. Students are paid an hourly wage for each hour worked on the job. In addition, students working full time after graduation will receive an additional amount to help recoup tuition costs.


Housing is available at Candlewood Suites , 4720 Singing Hills Drive, while attending classes in Sioux City. Cost for the 9 months is $6,300 for single occupancy or $3,150 for a shared suite. Meals are not included; financing for housing is available through MFS.
