TUITION

The training program costs are $8,960 and can be financed through Midwest Financial Service (MFS) with a 3-year loan. Our program is approved for federal GI Bill funding.

TOOLS

A starter set of tools ranges between $7,000 and $8,500 depending on the toolbox selected. The cost can be financed through MFS. Midwest Peterbilt Group’s Tool Reimbursement Program can cover the cost of approximately $3,500 or 50% of the starter tools, whichever is less.

APPRENTICESHIP

The program includes a 20-week paid internship. Students are paid an hourly wage for each hour worked on the job. In addition, students working full time after graduation will receive an additional amount to help recoup tuition costs.

HOUSING

Housing is available at several AirBnB homes in nearby Sergeant Bluff while students attend classes at the Academy. These houses are fully-furnished with laundry facilities and kitchens. Meals are not included in the cost; financing for housing is available through MFS.
